I’m very pleased with the team, the installation, and the product from Parrot Bay Pool & Spas. My family loves the water so we went with the large model “The Tropic” and we also added a spillover spa.
From the very beginning, Christine (sales) was such a pleasure to work with and was there every step of the way to ensure my family and I had all the information necessary to pick the product that best suited our needs.
Once construction got rolling, Seth, Jeff, and Kyla were also there every step of the way to ensure a quality installation. Big kuddos to Jeff and Kyla as they had to make a few trips out to the house to make minor tweaks, adjustments, and complete a warranty replacement. Each time they were extremely courteous, professional, and explained everything in full detail. My next door neighbor was so impressed with the product and my word of mouth review of the company/process, that they actually bought a pool next. Great job & thanks again guys‼️
What this means for you: Ask how the team will help you choose a pool and whom to contact if adjustments are needed after installation.

Reviews can help you prepare questions, including the difficult ones about site restrictions, access, and what your package includes.
Had our pool installed this past winter. More communication is needed. Once they received payment, felt communication bottomed out. Had issues with our impervious restrictions, thought it was sorted out and we were maxed, which they were aware. Was told the filter pad would not count toward the impervious, and found out last minute it was… had to tear out existing concrete for final inspection. Had to pay extra for a larger crane to lift pool over home and almost had to pay extra for the electrical that was “included” in the package, if my husband wasn’t so handy. Yes, we are happy with our pool, just feel like communication could have been better.
Before committing, ask for written clarification of package inclusions, site-access needs, impervious-surface restrictions, and how changes or additional costs will be communicated.
What this means for you: A finished pool and the experience of getting it built are both worth discussing before you sign.

We recently put in an inground fiberglass pool with Parrot Bay and could not have asked for a better experience start to finish. Everyone was very friendly, informative, addressed any concerns or questions we had, kept us up to date during the install and took us through pool maintenance once the pool was complete. Most importantly the team kept us within budget 🙂 Christine, Shaun, Tonya, Jeff and Kyla were fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend Parrot Bay.
Ask what maintenance guidance you will receive at completion and how your proposed scope fits your budget. This review describes one homeowner’s experience, not a guarantee for every project.
What this means for you: Discuss both the installation budget and the help you will need to care for the pool afterward.

Let me preface this review by saying, we were so nervous and apprehensive going into this purchase because it is such a huge expense! I am sure we aren’t the only ones to feel this way so let me help ease your worries. After scouring the internet for reviews at SO MANY companies and meeting with a few local sales teams, we ultimately decided to go with a fiberglass pool from Parrot Bay and we are hands down, so so happy we did! Everything from scheduling the sales appointment, to dig day, to final inspection was flawless on their part…we really could not have asked for a better experience and if you’re in the market, we absolutely would recommend Parrot Bay!
When comparing builders, bring the same questions to each conversation: what is included, how updates are handled, and what happens if site conditions change.
What this means for you: Use reviews alongside a detailed discussion of your own yard, budget, and expectations.
